Ceranhmic proudly offers worldwide shipping from our studio in Canada. We ship to all major countries and regions; however, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada):
    Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

  • International Shipping:
    Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping Delays

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
